Overall the surgery has made me feel great. I have a smaller midsection so my clothes fit better and look nice as well. I did a consultation on a Wednesday and talked with the consultant about my areas of concern. She assessed my body and then went over the pricing. They asked me to put down $500 the same day to lock in pricing and pick a surgery date. The same day I scheduled my pre op appointment, which was about 5 days before the surgery date. One big downfall of this practice is that they are always late. I waited at least 45 mins at each appointment before being seen. On the day of my pre op I was seen by an assistant and then assessed by Dr Klein. He was very to the point and honest. He told me that another area I was considering have done was not necessary I should wait for the time being. After seeing the doctor I was told there was a change in my scheduled time for my procedure. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm but I was informed that they moved my time to 7:30 am in order to accommodate another patient. My surgery had been scheduled for 3 weeks and they were trying to change it 5 days prior. This was a huge issue for me as I wouldn't be able to be there at 7:30. They then told me that They would have to fit me in. Needles to say I was extremely angry and prepared to cancel my surgery. The front office was trying to reschedule and had to call me later that day. They were able to move my time back to 3:30. My actual surgery day was another time of waiting a long time to be seen. I was taken to a pre op room, given meds to relax, and changed into a bra and panties. I was taken back to surgery, numbed, and then Dr Klein started. I was awake and able to the with the Doctor and the staff which was nice.It took about 1- 1 1/2. Afterwards I was helped into a compression garment,helped up, and then changed. The staff left me sitting in a room for almost an hour and my ride was waiting for me but the front desk didn't tell him I was done. I had to call him and get him to tell them I was done. They called the next day to check on me and so did Dr Klein. He was very nice and I would recommend him to anyone that wanted to get smart lipo.
