Well, here I am!!!! My expectations from any procedure I am approved for is to discontinue the yo-yo dieting. I love food!!!! I love food!!!! Im just tired of the back and forth and now realize that I need a long term solution that can help me along the way of becoming a healthier me! I have my first consult with a doctor on Dec. 29th. I cant wait!!! Say a prayer!!!

Could you PLEASE tell me where in Atlanta you had lap band for $5,000? My husband is in desperate need of it and this is more in our price range! TIA

Still struggling!!!! I have not had any surgery at procedures done. I did take a try at the phentermine. Which did help shed some pounds however it raised my BP slightly so I’ve stopped taking them. My BMI is currently 36 which may not qualify me for any type of weight loss procedure per my PCP. So I’m stuck!!!! I will continue my journey always hoping for the best!

Dr wanted me to lose 10lbs first. Hell if I do that I don’t need a procedure! Lol!!!

Drs appt is scheduled for 12/29. Not sure what I will qualify for, but I am very anxious to find out. The last couple of weeks have been a struggle.

I'm sorry to hear but looking at your pics, looks like your super motivated and you probably can do without the surgery!! YAY!!! It's all about what food you put in your body. Your gym routine is your staple. Good luck! I think you look phenomenal just the way you are!!!!

Did not make it to the consult. The process takes too long. I have not lost any weight. Looking for a doctor to insert the weightloss balloon.
