Exactly 5 weeks post FUE transplant!

It has been exactly 5 weeks past the day I walked out of the HRSATL clinic in Atlanta.
All of the scabs are gone however there are a few pimples/ingrown hairs popping up in certain areas. If you look closely, you can see he hair implants through my skin! It’s like hey are waiting to be fed everyday in order to grow up healthy. I Treat them with love! I do my best to adhere them with tea tree oil and some castor oil on occasion. 3-4-5 times a week, I’ll shampoo my scalp with an organic only biotin rich shampoo. Always continue your hair/scalp ritual when it’s ok bu your Dr.!
Being that I’m 5 weeks post fue. So far I’m exited for what’s to come!

1 month after FUE transplant

Almost no scabs remaining, not many Implanted grafts are still showing above the skin. Next step, get through the next 2-3 months! I’m exited about what’s about to happen. I will cut my hair this weekend! I am a little scared to get near where the transplant happened but it should be fine. There is little to no tenderness. I Shampoo my scalp 5-6 times a week. But not every day. This gives the scalp go do some of its own healing. It’s also important ti talk to your hair let it know you care about every follicle. Giving it love and energy through talking to your hair works. That was free!

Post op 2 weeks

It has been 2 weeks exactly from the time the surgery was complete and me walking out the door. My scalp is still quite tender around both the Donor and the received transplanted area. Other than that no complaints from me. I basically went back to my regular life ( which is not regular lol ) and forgot about the transplant and before you know it the wait for a full head of hair begins. I Can’t Wait did that first haircut!
