Communication Skills Lacking
Technically all went well with my bottom four on four implants. However getting anyone to respond via phone, text, or email is nearly impossible and very frustrating. The technical staff did great but communication is abhorrent. Once they got my $27,000 for my bottom dentures they had nothing else to say to me. Been trying to get my final paperwork and it has been almost impossible. So after spending $27,000 and only one year into my dentures I have no paperwork showing the procedure was completed or that I have made my payment. If I have a problem in the future I have no paperwork to show this procedure was even done. On my “graduation day“ finalizing my bottom dentures I signed off on paperwork and they told me the computers were down they would email it to me that day. It has been months. I have requested three times for this paperwork to no avail. I don’t understand what the freaking problem is with emailing me paperwork for a $27,000 investment. These people suck at communications I tried to handle this on my own but I think I need to go to Better Business Bureau to warn others that once they have your money you’ll never get anything else from them
