Decided to get vanquish for the stubborn lower belly fat. I'm pretty fit and its just that annoying trouble area. I've had 4 treatments, one week apart, 1 hour each. There is pretty intense heat during the process but not unbearable. Afterward, I have one lump near my navel that I massage every day and should dissipate over time. Here are my measurements:
Before 1st treatment: 34.25 inches around my waist at the biggest point (that part below the navel, the 'pooch'.
6 days after 1st treatment: 33.25 inches (down an inch! But as a disclaimer, just had my period so my leanest point in the month)
The day after the 4th treatment: 33.75 inches (back up slightly, but still down overall)
I still have a 5th treatment that will occur in 3 weeks. The results are supposed to take up to 6 weeks to be complete, so I'll update as time goes on. So far, I feel like my stomach area near the navel is tighter but the fat I want to dissolve is located under my navel. That soft jiggly fat is still very much there.

Despite exercise and not overeating, my measurements are the same since February when I started. My lower belly still has a layer of fat that hasn't budged. I think vanquish was a waste of money and was an expensive lesson. It taught me not to waste my precious time or money on this kind of crap anymore. :)
I've switched my eating to the Paleo diet and have already noticed my waist is smaller after about 5 days, among other benefits I won't go into here.

AS you know the diet program might help you to reduce the size of waist, however this is not way to kill your fat cell (like apoptosis of fat cell) in your body.

I'm in the process of getting vanquish done, i'm getting my fifth treatment this week and I honestly don't notice any difference at all either... I went and bought a treadmill!!... disappointing and again expensive lesson learned...

Coolsculpting helped me but it says it soermanet and i read it’s not. I have identical body type as you. I’m fit I take care of myself but the lower belly drives me NUTS! I’ve done cook sculpt twice and spent so much money drives me nuts I did other areas. But it says results are indefinite but if you gain weight it comes back, now is that not temporary? Lol
Anyway it did help my lower stomach. It’s still there and not totally flat but it’s definitly better.
I have a third session I’ll be doing.
