I wanted to look better, I wanted to stop worrying about how my clothes fit, and most of all I wanted to get rid of my muffin top, jelly belly as my kids would say. So I set to work, I found Dr. Fara Movagharinia and the rest is history. I am happy to report that YES it is possible to get back on the body you once had!

I have 3 more days till surgery, and I'm having nightmares, have not been able to sleep very well. Thinking about the million things I want to do before surgery. I am a wreck. Very nervous. I am following my doctor's order to increase my protein intake, so I'm doing that. Also I am taking vitamin C and Arnica relief per his order. I cannot sleep.
