Preparing for my big day
So since this is my second plastic surgery with Dr. Connors, I haven't been as big on researching what to do for preparation and what to expect for recovery. However with my surgery date of December 28th coming up quickly it's time I start to document the progress. I'm really trying to get a better sense of what to expect after my surgery. I am supposed to go back to work five days after my surgery date. I have an office job, however run around a lot during the day to different meetings on different floors in our building. I'm nervous about the swelling and my overall endurance.
I am planning on following my surgeon's guidelines around stopping alcohol 2 weeks prior to my surgery. I will also slow down my sodium intake and up my water a week out.
After my surgery for those days at home, I will not be going out and trying to rest up a ton.
What advice do you leg lipo veterans have for me as I plan on stocking up for my surgery? Is it realistic to go back to corporate America by Post-op day 5?!
Before pic attached!

I am looking forward to finalizing my PS journey...
I am looking forward to finalizing my PS journey by completing my legs project. In November 2015, I underwent a TT and wanted to add lipo to my legs at that time. I was advised by my Dr. to wait until a separate time so my health and level of expectation could be better managed. I am excited to see how this transformation will help my petite frame which feels more bottom heavy since I got rid of the bulging tummy.

I've used Dr. Connors back in November 2015 for a TT and am looking forward to working with his office once more. Elegant, professional and well-educated - this doctor is amazing!
