Look At Me NOW!
I just got back from vacation and did not overeat as much I usually do. Less than 2 lbs weight gain. Doesn't matter how much is taken off by TT. Exercise and eating right is the key. Admission, I'm wearing spanx but just because it's a little later in the day and my clothing is close fitting. Feeling good about how I look.
Feeling & looking good
Hi Everyone, I've been missing for a while and was waiting to do a Big Reveal in a swim suit when I go on my vacation this summer, but today I felt so good in a suit I haven't worn in 5 years, I had to do a little showing off. I've been exercising regularly and cutting back drastically on certain starches and I'm seeing results that surgery alone could not do. I still get a bit swollen in the tummy but not as bad as before.
Paleo Diet
I'm trying this new way of eating and enjoying it since it's so close to how I love to eat and does not restrict good fats which helps to keep the hunger away. I'm also doing some form of exercise at least four times weekly to get to my goal weight by Easter.
