Ladies and Gentlemen I am very pleased with my results it was exactly what I wanted. I am so satisfied with the healing process and recovery, which has been nothing but a walk in the park. I definitely have to work at keeping my body from going backwards, such as exercising and eating correctly but the overall experience was awesome. Thanks for the support and comments!

Hi! I was wondering when you stopped wearing your compression and how long you were "tender". I am 4 weeks post op and I feel great, but my tummy is still very tender to the touch. I'd like to get back into contact sports but can't imagine doing that until this sensitivity goes away!

Well, the sensitive stays a while up to a year or so later so don't think about it, you are not doing anything wrong when it hurts just healing. I was told I didn't need the compression garment after 3 weeks but I kept mine on for months after. Trust me each month you look better and smoother and tighter.

Thank you! Did you change your eating habits and exercise? I still don't have the okay to workout and am afraid I'll be out of shape once I can again

I just started exercising more and getting more active, I'm not sure why you can't exercise yet but your doctor knows best. You feel fat because of all the fluid retention and you are healing but again you'll feel thinner as time goes on. If you can get a massage frequently and do eat
healthy. You will look awesome in 3 months and following.

Again I still have the lumps but it not that bad. I look thinner from the side in the mirror but these pictures give you the idea. Looking at my before pictures I'm satisfied.

Are you still sore?

No I'm not, just slightly itchy like when a scab is healing but it's under the skin.

A month

It's been a month today since my smart lipo procedure and I really want to see dramatic results but I still have the lumps and bumps. My stomach is not smooth but it is still smaller than before. I must confess I've been eating the same but I've been running everyday since two weeks after the procedure, doing a lot of ab exercises. I have been motived to at least exercise, my goal is to lose weight but to still have my curves. I will post more photos I promise. I'm still very glad with my results and amazed how easy it was. I'd recommend it to anyone!
