Week 6, not much change. I've put on a little bit of weight and GOOD NEWS is I'm bigger by my shape is continuing to smooth into the shape I am so happy with. I cannot tell you how glad I am that I did this and I'm not even 2 months in!!

I seemed to wake up 2 days ago suddenly less lumpy and much less sore. I can now grab my belly without pain! Things are changing fast the last week, every morning I wake up with things a little different than before. Excited!!

Sarah, thank you so much for sharing your journey! I can appreciate your comments about weight loss. At my age, my body is most comfortable around 150 pounds. (I’m 5’5), and getting any lower is ridiculously difficult. can’t wait to see your progress going forward! Bet wishes for positive healing!
