Here I am 7 months post and I am in LOVE guys!! My body looks amazing! I still use my garments to wrap my stomach save I still have a little tenderness but nothing unbearable. All of my swelling is gone and my belly is flat as a board.. I am working out 3-4 times a week to maintain my shape and I can't be more happy with my results.
