Absolutely Amazing Experience with Dr. Klein

Thank you....I must admit, I had a lot of guidance from my doctor. I wanted a natural look an he highly recommended I didn't go any bigger than the implants I used. They were the smallest rectangular ones he could find. At first I thought they would be small, but they came out perfect...exactly like Dr. Klein said and exactly what I wanted.

yeah, most guys you can tell have pec implants when they lift their arms up. Perhaps, it's because the implants are placed too low below nipple or the corners needs to be shaved off. Your results is probably the most natural one i seen.

When raising my arms, you can't tell at all. It looks completely natural, and I was surprised and definitely asked how Dr. Klein was able to achieve that. He stated it has to do with proper size, shape and placement. He sees a lot of people wanting huge muscles, but that only works if you have the body to support it. I have been very happy so far. Just spent the day shirtless and the only comments I received were how my "going to the gym" was paying off...and I still haven't been to the gym. :)

I looked at a lot of pictures of implants and quite a few that were over done, while I prefer well done. It was my doctor that chose and placed them correctly. He really was the one that did all the work. I just followed his advice and guidance. Even when I lift my arms up, you cannot tell that I have implants, which was one of my concerns. I have started working out again...slowly... and the results are extraordinary. I get many compliments and people ask me what my routine is for building my chest. I just say dedication... :)

Thank you. I did quit a bit of research and chose a Surgeon who was quite knowledgeable and followed his guidance. I really like the way he would give a suggestion, then explain why he recommends doing it that way. In the end I showed him pictures of what I wanted, within reason, and I let him choose how to get there since he is the expert.
