Sorry I haven’t been updating. I am completely healed from both procedures. My wound healed within one month of being in the wound VAC. Dr Curves and his staff continued to treat me until it was closed and free of charge. I am happy with my results although I plan on going back to have a scar revision done early next year. Here are some updates photos.

Three weeks on wound VAC
Jus posting some updated photos of my wound healing post incision and draining surgery which took place on Aug 20th. As noted in my previous update I developed fat necrosis after my tummy tuck procedure which took place in May. This has been an emotional roller coaster but things are finally on the right track!

I really really hate you had to go through this and I thought my wound was bad and I would of been so angry I probably would of wanted to cuss the Dr out but you seem very humble in this horrible experience I hope you're wound is better now and I'll keep you in my prayers no woman should have to go through this after spending major cash we should all be walking out looking and feeling 1000 times better not worse smh

Hi there! I haven’t been on RS in quite some time so I’m behind :( I know you had a small hole before. Sorry to hear you had some stress lately but I’m glad to hear things are back on track for you! Check out md73 on here if you get a chance. She had some wound issues as well and now she’s all healed and everything looks great! Sending positive vibes your way :)

More Photos
Just wanted to show my progress at thee months out. These photos were taken just before my incision was reopened and drained for infection. The doctor suspects some suture material remained and my body was trying to expel it but didn’t do so prior to my skin healing. So my body began eating away at the material which caused it to leak puss from the tiny hole which remained. I have no pain what so ever and I feel great. The wound Vac provided by Dr J will speed up healing this time around and he is willing to do a scar revision down the line if needed.
