Gastric Sleeve
After further research and going thru the motions I think long term the sleeve would be best for me because it will assist with controlling my eating. I will be seeing a new pcp in June once my new insurance kicks in to discuss it with her. This will be the beginning to a very long process. Pray for me

So it's actually been may 3 weeks since I started working out and I've lost a total of 7 pounds! 31 more to go by march.
One week update
So I started working it in the mornings. I need to get this regimen in order before my procedure(s) so maintenance won't be so hard
