My Sono Bello Nightmare in Atlanta

My experience with Sono Bello was very unpleasant, and I wouldn't wish what transpired with me on my worst enemy. No human being should have to go thru what I been through. I could've died, because they were more concerned about the money than my well being. During the consultation visitation all the required documentation was submitted on my background medical history; which clearly stated there is a history of high blood pressure that runs through my family-and it so happens I have high blood pressure. The doctor assigned to perform the procedure just completely overlooked that tidbit of information when I met with him. On the day of surgery when the nurse checked my blood pressure, surprise it was extremely high. Consequently; the surgery was cancelled after numerous attempts to lower my BP by pumping me with hypertension medication only to no avail. Dr. Klein never came in to check on me; eventually the surgery was cancelled after 2hrs of waiting and I was rolled out of there in a wheelchair like a wounded "dog". As a repercussion, I was stuck with a bill for my dog's hotel of $300, a nursing service $130 and medication I couldn't use of $150. I'm telling my story because I desire to raise awareness about my misfortune and discourage anyone from doing business with Sono Bello-particularly the Atlanta location in Dunwoody.

Sorry to hear that. No one will perform surgery on you with high blood pressure. If you have not yet had your surgery done talk to your doctor about a bp pill that can control your bp. I wish you the best.

I’m a recent diabetic having a brain mass removed soon. Please pray for me! One nurse called last week & had many issues screwed up! I called them to her attention, she was booking 2 three hour appointments, she wasn’t aware I was diabetic & scheduled my Covid test for the 2nd time, when I have appointments after & can’t quarantine! I still have an EDG test which isn’t on her schedule before surgery. I’ll be dealing with this mess this week.

I have high blood pressure and my experience was amazing. It sounds like they did the right thing by NOT doing your surgery That in itself probably saved your life.

What happened with your BP? Was it during surgery? I have problems keeping mine down, I’d like to hear more. Thanks!
