My experience with Sono Bello was very unpleasant, and I wouldn't wish what transpired with me on my worst enemy. No human being should have to go thru what I been through. I could've died, because they were more concerned about the money than my well being. During the consultation visitation all the required documentation was submitted on my background medical history; which clearly stated there is a history of high blood pressure that runs through my family-and it so happens I have high blood pressure. The doctor assigned to perform the procedure just completely overlooked that tidbit of information when I met with him. On the day of surgery when the nurse checked my blood pressure, surprise it was extremely high. Consequently; the surgery was cancelled after numerous attempts to lower my BP by pumping me with hypertension medication only to no avail. Dr. Klein never came in to check on me; eventually the surgery was cancelled after 2hrs of waiting and I was rolled out of there in a wheelchair like a wounded "dog". As a repercussion, I was stuck with a bill for my dog's hotel of $300, a nursing service $130 and medication I couldn't use of $150. I'm telling my story because I desire to raise awareness about my misfortune and discourage anyone from doing business with Sono Bello-particularly the Atlanta location in Dunwoody.

The interaction was dismal at best. It extremely impersonal and I felt uninformed and completely detached from the procedure with what to expect. My files weren't attentively reviewed and there was gross negligence on behalf of the doctor. I was deprived of an experience that would have given me a jump start on a healthier lifestyle, but it was snatch away from me.
