He Promised Me 2" off and Took 4"- and That's a Week In! Under Promises and over Delivers. A MASTER

I've been looking for the right dr to do...
WORTH IT$7,000
I've been looking for the right dr to do liposuction of abdomen, flanks, thighs for years. I've been on countless consultations, some I paid for even. Each time there was something I wasn't sure about...the office, the lack of enough photos, the cost being ridiculous (like we are in LA or something) or the Dr's bedside manner. It wasn't like I "hated" my body, quite the opposite, but I knew there was room for improvement. When something is already a 7-8, you aren't in a hurry and need to find the right person to make a 10....the wrong person can make you only a little better, or the same level of attractiveness, but just different...or a bad doc...well, that can be a disaster. So, finally, after seeing photo after photo of Dr. Fara's that caught my eye here on real self, I went for a consultation.
The office: IMPRESSIVE! Well decorated, professional, POLITE, and attractive staff. Before and after pics, one would think, would be plentiful in every plastic surgeon' s office. Not so! Having had "stuff" done since my early twenties, I'm familiar w plastic surgeons, and, strangely...most don't have nearly enough pics. Many show the same 5 pics of a surgery that they are proud of. I want to see tons of pics to see that the results are typical, not just a good day. Dr. Fara has a huge flat screen tv in his office so while you're waiting you can begin to see his work. When you go to the consultation room there is a HUGE album with an enormous number of pics of every surgery he does. This guy is the real deal. Judy his office manager is kind and straightforward. She is also a patient and glad to share her experience. The doctor: Amazing! Kind but not mushy or overly schmoozy. Confident but not cocky. CARING and honest. I would say he under-promises and over delivers. He said he could get 2" from my waist and a week after surgery while still VERY swollen my waist was 4" smaller. Where it will be at 3 months, I cannot wait to see. He said I should lose another inch at least, but I have a feeling he is again underpromising. He is extraordinary in his attention to detail and finesse. He knows what looks good...he is actually one of those rare people in the world where it would be good to just say to him: do what you need to do to make me beautiful. No need to tell him what you want bc he is a master. I told him what I wanted, but he did better than I could have imagined, and I would say did a little more than I asked for...for example he does the area a little bigger than just the small section you show him that bothers you...he changes the whole thing so it's harmonious. He's a perfectionist.
I'm 2 weeks after lipo and I will put pics up soon...back to work and busy now. Does it hurt??? YES. The first few days are hell...best it just sleep through them :) the first day I started to feel really good was day 10. That was also the first day I worked...now, I own a hair extension salon, so, when I work I'm on my feet for hours...beauty takes time :) an office job where you are mostly seated, well, they would probably be a much different story...maybe 5-7 days for that....
You definitely get tired easily after. The garment gets itchy...you get bored of watching Netflix....lol....but, the results are SO worth it. And this is me still swollen and bruised...the surgery marker marks are even still faintly there in places...and I'm already saying this. Stay tuned! Also, if you're going to do it..do it while it's cold out so when summer comes you're ready. It's all V exciting. My new motto is: only spend $$ on stuff that really enhances life...so for me that means: of course travel (experiences and memories) then face, body, hair. No more ridiculous amounts of designer clothing. I have enough...so staples, yes, but no more ridiculous amount of stuff when I only wear my favorites any way, and, let's be honest: w a great face, body and hair...you can wear jeans and a tshirt and look like a million bucks :)
When I met Dr Fara I got that "this is the one" feeling. I also had that feeling about Dr. Harley who I wrote another review about. Maybe is no, and yes is yes.
Oh, and by the way, he gives you his cell and will answer a text on a Sunday. He really cares....
With his talent, it's just the icing on the cake that he is so available to help if you need him. It makes you feel safe at a time when it's normal to be a bit emotional. He's awesome.
