You look so good day...How was the 24 hour observation care at the surgery center..and did the lymphatic massages help at New You...Also do they give you something to calm your nurves before you go in... sorry for so many questions...I'm excited I'm scheduled for 11/2018

Thank u! Dr J doesn't do a 24 hr observation that I know of. I was picked up after the surgery by New You and provided with a private nurse for round the clock care including meals. Before the surgery the anesthesiologist put something in my I.V and swear I don't remember anything after that.

Yeah he’s trying to make it a mandatory thing now for $600. I didn’t know about it when I booked but now the staff is blowing me up for me to stay. His new recovery center opened like two weeks ago.

How many days does that include or is it for 24 hour observation

Thank u so much!! recovery is more so annoying then painful. I really hate wearing the garment lol...its very confining and right but I know it's all apart if getting that SNATCHED waistline and curves lol. So it's worth it!

@Joyandpain my surgery was $14,000 i added two more areas of lipo my upper back and my front bra line. His normal bbl price I think is around $10,000 and the recovery house was $800 that's two nights only. She's pricey but we'll worth it to stay at least 48 hours with a personal nurse to make sure you aren't having any complications.

Can I choose to stay at the recovery home for a week or two? This is the only reason I haven’t scheduled yet because I don’t have anyone to take care of me Post-op. I’m excited that he now has a recovery home this will help me make a quick decision... at this point, I don’t care about the cost all I care about now is SAFETY and of course banging (realistic) results.

I was only 4 hrs away so i had someone drive me after a week. I just laid in the back on my stomach. In a utility vehicle that the seats let down. I only stayed 2 days at the recovery house and i was ok to leave. The first 2-3 days are the most crucial after that it's pretty much a cake walk. I mean you're sore but u are able to handle yourself. And thank you!

Hey everything is going great! Ive started sitting off and on but not for long periods. Im happy everything looks the same really no change. Yay i know you're excited!

Ok dont go overboard purchasing items. I used like half of what I bought. The main things at first are your Chucks bed pads, poise diapers this protects your sheets from all the blood and drainage. A urinal is a must! Towels u dont mind messing up, i used to roll it up to put under my thighs to sit and go #2. Get a small thing of maxi pads (overnight) and comfy lounge dresses. Arnica gel and pills will help too with swelling. And then of course your surgical bandages and tape which i got from walmart for CHEAP. Thats all that's needed in the beginning. Maybe some ibuprofen as well just in case you can toletate some of the pain and lay off the harsh pain pills they will perscribe u. They make u super constipated so after 3 days i would take my ibuprofen during the day and take one of the prescribed at night if i needed it.

You know I'm really not sure. Marcella at the recovery house said it may be that the bags are annoying and hard to hide if you want to go out in public. So some surgeons aren't using them and are just using surgical pads. I'm going to ask that at my post op appt though. Thank u!
