Dear kind, supportive ladies (yes, you two :-),
My plastic surgeon really came through for me! I sent her more photos, asking about when I could use makeup to cover up the scars on the left side and as soon as she saw those photos, she understood exactly what I was talking about! That was Monday, and she had me come in the very next day and said, “Yes, this isn’t about swelling so we can do a revision sooner rather than later…”. She said that the swelling wouldn't be a problem and would have no effect on the revision. She was very kind, caring, and acknowledged that it wasn’t all in my head. She wanted to revise it at no charge, and truly does want everything to be set right, and her patients to be happy. She did the revision, and it already looks much better even though I’m still swollen (it’s only been two days) on that side. Her staff is awesome too, Stephanie and especially Maggie, who listened to me cry on the phone (for about a half an hour) and was very empathetic and supportive. So, I’m now giving it a thumbs up!
Thank you for all your caring support and encouragement!!!

I hope the revision works out well for you! That's great that she's going to do it for free. Not all surgeons do that. My surgeon wanted to charge me to do a revision after my botched breast lift. I didn't feel comfortable paying for his mistakes so I found someone else to do it.

Oh good! Im surprised she did the revision so soon but in a way makes sence, it was obvious it wasnt the swelling so why wait !Looks really good now!

The left side incision still drops down 3mm, while the right side looks fine.
The fact that the surgeon is gaslighting me (trying to convince me that I'm imagining the uneven incision), frightens me. I'm afraid that it's so messed up and not repairable that they're pretending there's nothing wrong...
The plan was to take 6mm off the left side and 5mm off the right side to improve the symmetry. It's now much more asymmetrical than before.
Thank you all for your comments!

Yes,it looks uneven! but I think it is fixeable! the side that has the incision lower has to be cut again and raised,I think that would work, and dont see why it wouldnt ,unless theres soemhitng I dont know lol ,theres room to do it .I wouldt worry, but he has to see it! its really obvious lol and he should fix it ! but like
ive said,I honestly would wait longer than 6 months!

You are absolutely beautiful, by the way! I wish I could have had this done with Dr. Osuch!

Thank you. Ive been there too, depressed over my nose .Ive had my nose done by a good surgeon in USA,it didnt come out right,so he fixed it,twice! now its uneven,I got used to it,but do want to have it fixed by dr Osuch this time. The problem with the nose was that my doctor did the corrections too soon, it was casue i wanted it done as soon as possible! ,I didnt know it was still healing! he did the corrections 6 moths apart, and it wasnt done setlling in yet,it was nice after the second correction but after a while it just got uneven! So Ive learned my lesson to wait longer for any corrections ! things change,I wish I could say yours would even out,but its too obvious by the incision line its not straight, but be patient, healing is so strange, it might get better ! Just keep trying to comunicate with your doctor! tell him if in few months it still be uneven you want a correction ,dont give up on it .

Thank you for your encouraging words! I'm feeling less depressed and more hopeful today :-) Best of luck with Dr. Osuch, he has an excellent reputation!

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I've had botched plastic surgery before and was gaslighted by my plastic surgeon too. I had a breast lift that left me with areolas that were not round and they were different sizes (one was double the size of the other!). I was also left with horrible scarring. The plastic surgeon told me it was all in my head and that "perfection is not possible" so it's my own fault for having had expectations that were too high. It is really frustrating.

Thank you! Yes, the gaslighting has been the most frustrating part of this whole thing. If the surgeon can't even acknowledge the problem, then how can they fix it!? It has caused my faith in their competence to waver. I didn't ask for, nor did I expect perfection, I simply asked for improvement. I continue to keep their name anonymous in the hopes that they'll stop acting cold and angry towards me (for noticing that they botched the surgery), and start working with me to find a resolution. If they come around, then perhaps, my review can turn out positive and...

Exactly! If someone is not willing to acknowledge a problem, then it will be impossible for them to fix it. I'd suggest going to a different surgeon for a revision eventually.
