Only one side of my chin was tightened, the other side still looked like a double chin. Only half the bags under both eyes were removed. One earlobe was attached, the other detached. Upon my 1st visit, I was set up with an appointment within a few days for the initial procedure. After complaining for 1 year, I was told I could has a redo, however had to wait 5 more months to have it done. I called every week to check for a cancellation, with no avail. Finally got the redo and the experience was terrible. I was awake the entire time, thank goodness for the injections that numbed me, even though the injections really hurt bad. I complained through the whole procedure.
The scar under my chin is twic the size as the 1st . The stitches under my eyes look like the skin was pinched together. The doctor said to come back for follow up in 4 weeks, however, can't get an appointment for 8 1/2 weeks. Lots of other complaints, but too many to list. Will not refer this to anyone, but then my face says it all and no one would want to have it done. I would like to have my money back.
