Week three!
Can't believe I'm three weeks post opt! Got my fourth massage today n it was the best! She knew exactly where to press and rub. She also used hot stones which I enjoyed. It seems like wearing the garment makes me swell up so I only wear it when I go out. When I'm home I wear my workout waist trainer which is still tight but feel more comfy and doesn't cause me to swell.
2 week mark
Well it's been two weeks and a day and I'm still swollen! Two things I wish I read more in the rs posts I read. 1. EVERYONE'S BODY IS DIFFERENT! I really thought that I wasn't going to bruise, and that I would be on the flat slide literally right after surgery! Do I see a major difference? Absolutely! But I thought I was going to be modeling fashionova clothing right afterwards! 2. My lower stomach and flanks are still swollen! I read that it could be like this for months! I haven't gotten a professional massage since I've been home because I've started working again. I massage the areas myself and I have my husband do it as well. I am happier with my breasts! They have gotten bigger. I no longer wish I had gotten a D. I didn't take into consideration that many things would be too small if I had gotten a D. My bathing suit top fits perfectly!
Day 8
It's day 8 and I'm starting to fluff out! This journey I truly an emotional roller coaster but today I'm happy with results!
