It has been almost a year since I had my face...

It has been almost a year since I had my face lift/brow lift and replacement implants with Dr Vincent N. Zubowicz, MD and I am extremely happy. I traveled from NJ to Atlanta, GA for the procedure. After following different posts and doctors on real self, doing skype and virtual Dr consultations as well as researching all patient reviews of doctors on the internet, I made my decision to work with Dr Zubowicz.
His office manager , Christina , who is also his wife, is a complete down to earth sweetheart that was very patient with my questions and always got back to me with an answer.
I wanted to wait a year and let the ole face settle before I gave my review.
I love my face and I love Dr. Zubowicz. He gave me a refreshed younger me that still looks like me..only younger. I got my sassy back !!!
Great Points about this Doctor.
-Dr Zubowicz gave me references I could check.
- He was extremely knowledgable and easily gained my trust
-He is no nonsense and would not do a procedure just to do it.
-He will give you the facts
The first few days my face was swollen and my eyes had a little bruising. I had very little pain which was really more of a discomfort from being swollen. My forehead was numb for a few months and really itchy. But that was a very little price to pay for the great results and care I received.
I recommend you go to see Dr Vincent N. Zubowicz. There are no surprises.

Could you post before and after pics of your facelift. I am considering Dr. Z as well but just have to figure a good time when I can schedule it. Did you also have a neck lift? I am wondering what kind of procedure he did on your neck. It's the one thing that worries me. I have read that some people feel like they are choking after getting it done.

While I was making a decision I always wanted to see other people's picture. Now, after thinking more, I don't my pictures to get in the wrong hands or be recognized by someone I work with. DZ did a full deep plane face lift that covers mid face down to clavical (which is the neck). That is all I needed. I don't know if you will need something further. Have you sent him your pictures? Have someone take close ups of your face and neck without makeup so he can really see your concerns. There was tightness and numbness all over when I was healing. I had a browlift, under eye lift, and deep plan lift. So your going to feel tight and numb as you are healing. I think the discomfort was worth the effort. I looked tired all the time before the face lift. Now I can go out without make up and look good.

I am 17 days past surgery for face lift, brow lift and neck tightening. Did you feel like you were being choked at this stage? It is hard for me to swallow. Throat still a bit achy. Did you experience any pain with your throat? It is long past where the tube during the surgery should be affecting me.

I had silicone gel replacement implants put in by Dr Z. This time he put them over the breast. They look awesome.
