2 months after 10 areas cool sculpted! Happy!!

So...here is my 2 month update! I have lost 2 lbs, so my results are not likely affected by that but WOW! My lower abdomen has shrunk BIG TIME, upper abdomen is showing actual definement, and I can see the shape of my belly button lol!! Outer thighs- where I would "push in" looking for the area to go away, has gone. The only areas I'm not seeing a huge difference is inner thighs. Hoping for better results there. Overall I still have a month to go, before "final results are in! As to my clothes: I feel and look much better. I will not say my jeans are falling off me lol but my shape in them has DEFINATELY changed. Very little left of the "lop over" tummy in front and muffin top in back/sides above the waistband, very little belly bulge where you zip up your pants, and thigh shape looks much better. Very happy! Absolutely is motivating me to keep up with my diet and exercise program to get where I really need to be. Again, questions, feel free to ask! I will post again in 4 weeks!!!

PS I forgot stats...

I am 5'7, 160 and like to stay a size 8, I have been steadily heading to a firm size 10 since the big M hit (menopause).

I am posting this a month post treatment on...

I am posting this a month post treatment on flanks, upper and lower abdomen and inner thighs (all in one day) then 2 weeks later I did outer thighs. Let me just say: this is NOT A QUICK FIX! Although I expected it, the swelling I had- feeling like I was about 3 months pregnant immediately then ever so sloooowly going down (it felt like forever!!!) was really hard! I had to make some major wardrobe adjustments to conceal my belly. That said, just now, and at the same weight I started, I am beginning to see good results and I like what I see. At this point I look a bit better than I did pre- procedure, and I'm told results can go on for two to three months total!
I'm not going to into great detail on the process itself as I feel others have described it well. I did have some numbness and nerve twinges. I was given a Rx for GABAPENTIN for the nerve issues post- procedure and it helped a LOT- it also make you drowsy so it helped me sleep. My skin was very sensitive as well. I did wear high waist spanx for a week 24 hours a day. I couldn't stand the feeling of clothing brushing up against my skin, it helped conceal a some of the swelling plus stopped the "jiggles". Getting them on and off was ouch, however!!! I was advised not to take anti-inflammatories as well, which was hard as I have arthritis. But I am stil refraining and using Tylenol.
As to results. Not much difference in inner thighs... but was told that likely would take 3 months. Outer thighs, on the other hand, I am seeing some results already. My belly, as I would call it "pinch a thick inch and a half" when sitting, has gone down to a thin less than an inch (very unscientific, I know). Not where I want to be yet, but am hoping with more time it will continue to go down. Flanks are hard to say.i think less, but again, not as dramatic as my lower belly.
As to resuming "normal" activity the same day that I have seen advertised: hogwash!! No way, at least with the 8 areas I had done all at once! I didn't feel up to anything but low level activity for a week, then gradually better, with a outdoor woods 2 hour hike at day 10. I was a bit worried about that, but it was ok. I am now back to more routine rigorous exercise, hoping to lose that "last 10".
I will continue to update...and if I have the nerve, post pictures (lol). Feel free to ask questions!
