After reading comments from real self woman, which gave me lots iof encouragnent and helpful tips i. decided to have the surgery . I had the surgery Dec 20, after the surgery, was very drowsy and had a sore throat from the Anastasia , my ps said not to use ice on breast, but said to use ice 20min on/off which i followed and i think my rye recovery is doing well. Breast feel very tight. Im sure im going to like the look,
Im very hestitanf about lifting anything and wonder how long it took most of you to start lifting 10-20 pounds? I think worse feeling is sleeping sitting down 45 degree. The best advise i received from the realself woman is picking up meds in advance and use easy to open bottle or pill container, also to place things in advance at arm reach. And prepare few items to eat.
