My iron levels are at 11.3 and they need to be at least a 12. I'm moving from the iron pulls to Floradix bc I hear great things about it.

Are u still going with salzhauer? Dont..i had a bnl with him and i wasnt thrilled with my results. He left this weird patch of fat on my back and did an overall lazy job. Go elsewhwere.

Nooooo don't tell me that!! I'm literally like 3wks away from sx with him so of course my pre-surgery jitters are at an all-time high!

What all did you have done? Was he responsive to your disapproval?

Yes he knew the job was mediocre and was going to redo it. I didnt want to go through it again so i declined. Ill see if i can muster up some pics

Anemia Woes :-(

So I just had my clearance appt with my family physician and while he labeled me a low risk for surgery, I'm still worries about my iron results. I've been anemic for much of my adult life so this could truly be a threat to my sx. I hope the 325MG Ferrous Sulfate regime that I've been on for the last 2 months help get my 10.4 up to the necessary 12.

Hope it will work out for you. You may want to double up your daily dosage as a suggestion.

So my sx with Dr. Miami is a month away and I couldn't be more excited. In the meantime, I'm seeking any and every piece of advice that will aid in my recovery after lipo and fat transfer.
