I have 3 kids breatfeed for only a few week, Im a AA mostly just skin...I have always been a "A" cup went up to a small "C" when breatfeeding. When I went to my PS I told him I wanted to me a FULL "C" SMALL"D" also I wanted Saline imlants! He said he would try on 375cc but if they did not fit he would do 350cc which is what he is thinking will fit im really think this will only make me a small c full B and thats not what I want this is like the 5 PS I have seen I just dont know what to do. Im 5'4 117lb rib cage is 32

Hi good luck to you! I was told the same but decided to go a bit bigger anyways 375 to 400 for a full C small D.

We are similar stats. Honestly, I would lean toward the 375 if they will fit. I got 340/320 and what everyone says is true about wishing they went bigger. I don't advocate "Go Big or Go Home", but the 25 extra CCs won't be noticeable in most clothes.
