almost one month post op!

$6,100
My one month post op is Friday! I took a slight update in updating just because I felt like I was obsessing over minor details instead of just relaxing and healing.
Overall I am very pleased with my results. I still have a hard time believing these are my boobs!!
I still don't have feeling in the top right of my right breast but I know it is still early.
My boobs have definitely dropped since surgery and have a much more natural shape.
I don't really have any topless photos just because that is what I was obsessing over. I tried on swim suit tops yesterday so i figured i can at least post those. I will try and take more later this week!

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

All my interactions with Dr. Boehm have been very positive so far. She is very personable and has the ability to make you feel very comfortable. She has been very patient with all of my questions and concerns. She was great during the consult and I am very optimistic about my end result.

Looking great and I love that swim suit...ive been wanting to ho try that same style on at v.s...i just hope it van cover my stretched out nips
The great thing about that style is that they are done by bra size so you should be able to get the coverage you need! Good luck :)
your breasts seem sort of similar shape to mine i have been worrying that the surgeon will tell me i need a lift but seeing yours they are exactly the way i would like mine to be there perfect... did anyone suggest to you you might need a lift first of all?
That was my biggest concern. The first thing I asked during all of my consults was whether or not I needed a lift. None of the doctors I went to thought it was necessary. They all thought I could benefit from one and would likely need one eventually but that right now implants should work. The main reason I went with Dr. Boehm is because of how she addressed my concerns about the sagging. Doing the implant above the muscle was to help with sagging and reducing and lifting the areola was to also help with sagging (and of course to make them look prettier). I'd just make sure you ask plenty of questions and that you understand why they are recommending whatever they recommending. You'll know when you meet the right doctor.
yea i would say i will definitely need a lift eventually but would rather wait till im in my 30's and maybe see if i ever have kids first
That was my thought too! They can do a lot with implants so hopefully they can just start with that.
i might show your pic to my surgeon if you dont mind
I don't mind at all!
ok thanks ill bring the pic with me tomorow.. thanks for your help
Hey I brought your pics to the surgeon he is doing a donut lift and reducing the areolar also as im in a similar boat to you no kids yet and 26 so he did not want to do the full anchor lift.... He recommended i use 260 cc I am already a full c cup so im just trying to work out what size that will bring me too... Can I ask did you get the 350 cc and what cup size did it bring you from your B?
That's so exciting! I went with 330 cc and I am about 32D or DD depending on the store. I just told my doctor to choose whatever size was going to fill up my skin without looking too big. She brought 330 and 360 with her and went with 330.
im just hoping mine turn out as good as yours.... ill put a pic up when there done ... thanks for getting bak to me :)
You're gonna love your results! Good luck. I can't wait to see pics :)
thank you :)
She did the same with me. I ended up with 360
How much did your surgeries cost all together?
Right around $6100
Hi love!!!! Does it cost more to have the surgeon reduce your nipple size when giving a breast aug?
Hello! It depends on the doctor -Some doctors include it and some charge it. The $6100 I listed included that cost.

tape fell off!

The tape finally fell off! I will take better pics later on but snapped a quick one this morning while I was getting ready for work. Very pleased so far! Ready for the rest of the bruising to go away but for only 2 weeks post op I feel like they looks great.

I finally peeked!

The suspense finally got to me and I had to peel the tape away so I could see the new nipples for myself. To be fair, my doctor did remove the tape to clean the incision at my one week but I had to see it myself.

I am shocked at how good it looks! It hasn't even been two weeks and it already looks so good! I can't wait to see what it looks like when the tape falls of for good.

Loving my results so far.

They look so good...im gana call my Dr and ask if I can still get a areola reduction. I know when I got my surgery I asked and he said they would be reduced with my lift but may stretch right back out with the larger implants..i want them reduced!!
My understanding is that you can have the reduction during or after surgery. My doctor said she made them a little smaller than normal so that if they stretch it wouldn't be too big. I would definitely ask your doctor, it makes such a difference!
I wonder if only certain drs. Can do it..I feel like ive asked 2 different drs and neither has said they can do it
Maybe they just aren't comfortable doing it? Definitely better to find a doctor that is comfortable and excited to do the procedure.
I am going to ask for sure
So after closely following your blog, I cancelled my procedure and booked with your dr..... Kristen boehm! Your results are amazing and my breasts are very similar to yours. I'm so excited, she's been very accomodating.
Oh my gosh! How exciting!! When is your surgery date?! Dr. Boehm is amazing. I can't imagine you being anything but pleased!
May 30.
Do you have any new pix???
Just added one. I'll do more later this week with better lighting
