Hi ladies, I'm a week out of surgery. I spent $5,840.00 on my breast augmentation and so far I feel it was money well spent. I was a 36c and went with 510cc silicone(the memory gel aka gummy bear). I'm still a little swollen, but the doctor says I'll probably be a big D or even a double D, yeah sounds big, but they actually don't look big for my body frame. I went on top of the muscle and love my look.

Congratulations! I love the before and after photos in your bikini top. You look great and you're only 1 week post op. As you mentioned, your implants look like a very nice size on your body. Keep us posted on your healing progress!

Thank you, I need to put more photos up bc I was still a lil swollen in the after bikini photo. I will keep you all posted.

Sounds like good news all the way around. Hope we get to see you when you are all fit. Good luck, Karieann

Love the look! I would love to see pictures of your scars a little later on! Thanks for sharing!
November 1, 2013
I'm not completely healed, but will post some more shortly.
November 1, 2013
What incision did they use? I am a 38D at 160 lbs and am having silicone above muscle also on December 20th, 2013. I can't wait to see how you love yours!!! I am still unsure of my cc's I only tried sizers that were 450cc, so I will watch your progress to help my decision. Thanks for posting!
November 1, 2013
I meant I am a 38C not D
November 1, 2013
I went thru the nipple. My doctor told me less scars. So far, he seems right.
November 1, 2013
Ok, I was about to say wow and u want to go bigger, lol. That's a good size to go.
November 15, 2013
Your recent pic makes me want to go bigger than 450cc dammit! LOL... My pre op isn't til Dec 4th so I have time to decide tho... Is it too much to ask your height and weight?
November 15, 2013
Did you get high profile?
November 15, 2013
Remember, whatever size you liked at your apt I suggest go up a size for surgery. You will shrink some. I just asked my doctor if my swelling is finished going down and he said no, I love my size and hope they don't go down too much more. Yes you still have time all the way up til your apt. I am 5'4 and 140lbs. Still carrying some of the baby weight since I've had 3 surgeries now this year I never really hit the gym as hard as planned. But better late then never, I'm actually going tonight.
November 15, 2013
That is awesome advice. Kind of what I had been thinking too. What bra size were you pre op? And did you say you got high profile implants?
November 15, 2013
I was a 36c pre op. I can't remember, I'll have to go look in my notebook they gave me with my serial numbers. I know, funny right. Our boobs have serial numbers, but it's for warranty purposes. I'll get back to you ASAP.
November 15, 2013
Ahaha!! No worries, I have til Dec 4th. I was just curious if they were hp. ;)
December 7, 2013
Well, I had my pre op. I am going 475 above the muscle but with Moderate Plus profile silicone. I always see the High Profile pics and kind of thought that was what I wanted but they said it is better with the Moderate Plus because they have width as well as projection and the High Profile really isn't wide enough for my frame so it would be a narrow projection. I was wondering how long you were off work? I will be off 10 days but I drive and lift all day (not heavy stuff but still lift). Wondering what I am in for. I am also getting the lateral chest lipo and heard that will be more recovery than going above the muscle implants lol.
December 8, 2013
I had my surgery on a Friday and returned to work the following Tuesday. I also lift and drive a forklift at work, but my mgr was awesome enough to let me to easy non lifting work for two weeks. I actually just starting lifting and I'm now 6wks post op. I'm loving my boobs more and more each day. I still haven't looked in my book to see if they were hp or not , but I assure you I'll get back to you to let you know. I've been busy busy working six days 69 hrs at work bc it's our peak season....uuugggghhh but I will ASAP. I went above the muscle and I did hear it's an easier recovery than under he muscle. When is your surgery date again?
December 8, 2013
Dec 20. But they told me the lateral chest lipo is more invasive and will hurt more lol. Thanks for the reply, you look great!!!

Thx chick! You'll do just fine. It's a few days before Xmas. Hopefully you'll be up and moving some to enjoy the holidays.
December 8, 2013
I took off 10 days, so hopefully it will be enough. ;) thanks!

2 1/2 weeks post op!

Well I go see my Dr tomorrow for my two week ck up. So far I've been doing great and feeling great. My nipples tend to feel tender/sore bc they are healing along with itching around the incision. My scars look fabulous almost as if I never had surgery. I'll post pictures when I'm completely healed. I still have the glue around the cuts so the pictures won't do any justice for now. Talk to y'all later.

What size are you now? Are you planning on having the surgery any time soon?
November 4, 2013
I'm booked for 12/20 for a revision to go bigger
November 4, 2013
Right now I'm 34d I got 400cc but then had a baby and breastfeed and now want them redone
November 4, 2013
So after you get implants and breast feed they really do go down like natural breast? Well my tubes are ties and I don't plan on anymore, just wondering tho.
November 4, 2013
Yea mine are less perky..plus I always wanted them a tad bigger..my last Dr didn't use h.p and I think that will help

Hope your appointment went well today! No rush on more photos!  ;)

My apt went well, I go back in two mths. The only thing I hate is having to wear a sports bra 24-7 for 3mths. I'm so scared my boobs will start to sag since they are bigger and heavier. The only sports bra I did find and like ended up hurting my shoulders so I took it back. I guess I'll give in and go to VS. Their sport bra prices are too high, but I guess worth it like all their other bras. I'll try to post more photos tomorrow after work. I have a long work week ahead of me along with my 12 yr old and 9 mth old sons.

Glad your appointment went well. I know many women wear their post op bra for several months until they feel comfortable enough "letting them go" a bit. I don't think it can do any harm wearing extra support for a while. Do you have 9 month old twins? Wow, assuming you had lots of help the first few days of your recovery!

November 15, 2013
The doctor insists on wearing the sports bra for 3 mths total. He says if u just let them go like most women do bc they get excited, they will eventually drop and possibly sag sooner than expected. So I follow every rule and instruction he gives. I paid too much to throw away or ruin these babies. Lol no, I don't have twins, I have a almost 10 mth old baby boy along with a 12 year old boy. Yeah a huge gap, but he still loves his lil brother. Anyhow, I did go back to the doctor again bc I'm so paranoid. I wanted him to make sure my sports bras were ok. Also, I was experiencing some shooting pain in my breast which he said was caused from swelling and me working. Made since bc it only happened at the end of my work day. So I just massage them and but ice bags on them. I'm too shy to post naked photos, always have been, but I will post more soon.

I agree...wear the sports bra as long as you can tolerate it. Ah, phew, glad you only have breast twins...and not 10 month old baby twins. LOL! Take it easy when you can and don't worry about any nude photos. I get it! ;)

Two 1/2 wks post op

This is my VS sports bra I got today in a LG which is the largest it comes without wire since I can't wear a wired bra for three mths. My boobs still pop out the sides, but it does the job.
