Although I will wait to invest in a good bra...I really thought it interesting to see what a health expert thinks is the best way to buy a bra...Found out I should not only be buying new bras to buy new bras but to actually replace older bras in as few as 6 months...breast expert says label the bras to keep up with purchase date

Ugh, my bras are all SO old but that's bc bra shopping has been so depressing. I have a feeling I won't mind at all after my surgery with Dr Connors in a couple of weeks!

Shaping Up

Ladies seem o.k. not bruised, still seem swollen so continuing with 20 minute intervals of icing, still on light activities, resting and chillaxing' as much as possible, did take some nice walks, had to bundle up as weather is wintery and not the usual 50 to 60 degrees that we like in the Southeastern, U.S.

I really like to be active but really want to be cautious, so although it's hard I'm sticking to no lifting over the head, no heavy lifting or lifting much at all besides a book, laptop, papers into my lap.

Finished all prescriptions except Percocet (stopped on day 3). Have tried tylenol extra strength. Doctor recommends Motrin 4 x 200 mg for a total of 800 mg every six hours because ibuprofen is better for tissue treatment. I will use as needed.

Doctor instructs stay bolted up for another 1 week, including sleep.

Thanks for your continued support Ladies..:)
