33 Year Old, Fitness Fanatic and Mother of 3 Who Needed Some Major Help After Nursing Babies! Atlanta, GA
6 weeks post-op and they keep getting better!
In my early 20's and prior to having babies, I had full C- cup sized breasts. Over the years, between working out, 2 pregnancies, and nursing my babies, I had lost most of my breast volume and was left with saggy flaps of skin where my breasts had been. Though I knew how they made me feel, I still really struggled with making such a seemingly selfish decision. It meant, spending a lot of money, taking time and attention away from my 3 boys, and time away from my incredible gym members. After an emotional breakdown in Victoria's Secret over not being able to wear ANY bra, my husband and I knew it was time. Even still, on the day of my long-awaited surgery, I felt silly and selfish as I got my unnecessary IV for my unnecessary surgery and I told Dr. Symbas as much. He patiently told me that I could back out at any time, but reminded me that this was something I had been researching for a long time and had invested much time into with interviewing doctors and online reviews. I am so glad that I let him calm me down and I went through with it!
I work very hard on my fitness with my workouts and eating right... It was frustrating to look in the mirror and be discouraged by something that I couldn't fix on my own. Now, I look in the mirror and I am beyond thrilled with my results. I am now perfectly proportional and I owe it all to Dr. Symbas, who delivered EXACTLY what we discussed in our visits prior to surgery. I couldn't be happier.
I am BEYOND thrilled at the results of my breast...
