I have been wanting to do this for quite some time! Now that I am done having babies, I am finally ready!! Lets just say babies change your boobies and not for the better! I am 5'3" , 120lbs, and am currently a 34a (if that said one doctor lol) I have always been self conscious about my boobs! I want to feel confident in my clothes, in the bedroom, at the beach, and around others who are "blessed" up top!!!! My goal size is to be a full C to D. I have chosen to go with 380cc Sientra moderate profile silicone, under the muscle. After plenty of research and several consultations, I have chosen Atlanta plastic surgeon Dr. Julian Gordon. My husdand and I both really liked him and his work as well as office staff Is amazing!! My Surgery is less than 1 month away and I am so excited...and so is my husband!!!!!

Hi.. We have similar stats and I'm going for 400-415cc moderate profile silicone anatomical under the muscle. My op is now a very exciting 2 weeks away. You must be getting super excited now and obsessed with boobs. I think it happens to all of us. I'm getting to bed so late every night cause I lay there reading everyone else's reviews and day dreaming about it all lol. You will look amazing !

Hi!! yes I am getting so excited and I do nothing but look at boobs and read reviews like you!! How did the rice sizers go for you? Have you purchased any post surgery sports bras or shirts? I want to buy a couple sports bras and comfy shirts, but not sure what size to buy. Any suggestions? Can't wait to see your after results.

Haha our brains are taken over by breasts lately. Well I went into a women's body gym shop and spoke to one of the shop assistants that is a DD. So she gave me a hood idea on crop top sizing. I bought a front zip up and plain crop/sports top, but like you I'm so hesitant to buy anything else because I really just don't know what size I will need. Plus I'm not too sure yet with my procedure and surgeon whether I'll be asked to stay braless for the first two weeks, or to only where the surgical bra the first few weeks, or what. Each surgeon is different in what they want you to do for post op care. The lady that inspired me with her amazing results had exactly the same implants I'm getting and was told to go braless for the first few weeks I think it was, with no compression straps or anything either, not to touch them basically for 2 weeks and then to wear bras after a few weeks.

The rice sizers were interesting.. Much bulkier at the top than I'll be going for, but it gave a pretty good visual of what could be achieved and overall proportion. I put some pics up on my review. So are you going with round or anatomical?

I have read some women are told to go bra less...hmmmm. my ps said I'd wear the sexy surgical bra for a week until my first post op visit! I'm going with Sientra moderate profile round. Cannot wait!!

Are you going with anatomical or round? We have very similar pre op stats and I want to get to a Good D with a natural slope.. No roundness at the top. So I am getting 400-415 anatomical moderate profile textured silicone under the muscle :)) You will look amazing!! Can't wait to see your results x

I am going with Sientra round 380 silicone under. I am so excited I can't stand it!! have you done your pre-op appt yet?

Well all my ops have been via email and phone calms because my surgeon is interstate. I have a pre op the morning of surgery to finalise sizing etc and basically go straight into theatre from the op. I'm so excited to see your results :))

I know exactly how you feel! I've always been self conscious about my small breasts. Only time I've been a B cup is during my 2 pregnancies & when my weight goes 20 lbs over my normal weight. I'm finally at my ideal weight after tummy tuck. (110-115 lbs) I'm 5'3" too. It sucks trying to find A cup bras. The pre teen departments usually have the best selection. :-( But I'm a 36 A making that not even easy. I've decided to keep my breasts as is. I exercise with weights so they don't sag as much. Never thought they'd ever sag due to being small but unfortunately small breasts sag too. I wish you well with your surgery & hope you're delighted with the results! I'm sure you will be!

Today was sugary day! It went smoothly and I'm so excited. Yes I am in some pain but today not too bad. Both nipple are numb which is bizarre. I'll write more soon.
