So after reading hundreds of reviews on RS, I finally decided to write my own journey on getting my boobs done. RS is a great tool for anybody who is looking for any procedure especially breast augmentation. I actually found my surgeon on realself; and I believe he's the right surgeon for me. ( Harvard trained, double board certified)
Here is my stats:

107lbs
Bwd: 11cm
Bra size is 32A but most of my bras are either 32C or 34A because I find it comfortable to wear

First consultation
Before I decided to book the surgery with Dr. Connors, I had a consultation with other surgeon, Dr Lintner. I chose to have a consult with him because his works look really good and natural which I was aiming for. He was informative and happy to answer all of my questions. He spent his time to show me all the info of breast augmentation. Then one of his nurses got me take 3D imaging. I got to try sizers range from 350-450cc. After trying on sizers, Dr Lintner discussed about sizes.
He showed me how 350cc mod plus look on me; and he tried to convince me to get that size. I told him I would like to go bigger than 350cc; but he tried to talk me out of it. He said because of my narrow chest, I could not go any bigger than 350cc.(??!), and he could not do high profile. Thing is he didn't even measure my breasts. That really upset me. He made me feel like I had no choice. I don't want to spend over 5k to have boobs that I don't like. Moreover, the nurse that took my 3D image was very rude. The patient coordinator looked pissed when I didn't want to schedule the surgery right away.
Even though his works looks impressive, The attitude of his staff makes me want to run away. I was glad that I did choose Dr Connors as my surgeon.

Hello! My BWD is bigger than yours, I originally had 371&339cc mod plus also wanting natural look. They were VERY large. I just downsized and I'm much happier. If you are looking for a natural breast aug. 350HP or higher will be very big. Ultra high... Even bigger. You have a tiny frame like me. Just somethings to keep in mind :)

Hi, I have very little breast tissue to begin with, so I don't think I would ever go too big for my frame. Yours look really nice

My first implants came out beautiful, just too big for me. Couldn't find swim tops to fit over my breasts with my small ribs frame.. 5 months later I downsized and I couldn't be happier. Look forward to following you!

I wish I could go over 400cc as you. My surgeon is the most conservative doctor in the world. Can't wait to follow your journey of getting bigger boobs.

Your the same figure as me... 350 will give u more of a natural size and look

I'm sure he meant well but do partake in making the final decision. I didn't 9 years ago, and paid a high price. I'm reimplanting in 3-6 months. Mentor and inspira are what I'm going to be choosing from.
HP are fine. Some use UHP, it's up to you what you choose, just make sure you see many reviews before making conclusions.
