TT / BBL W/hips / Additional Lipo

5 weeks post-op

$20,000
Here I am 5 weeks out and still have considerable amount of pain. Tylenol and Motrin do nothing for me. I can't imagine having to go to work within 2-3 weeks after surgery as some women have. I had lipo on back/front bra roll as well as stomach, flanks, and lower back for bbl. I also had tummy tuck at the same time. This has been the most painful and uncomfortable journey of my life. I've had 4 kids and never hurt this bad... I don't recommend doing TT and BBL at the same time. The recovery is harsh!! Only you know your level of pain tolerance. Do what you can stand!! I'm praying I heal up properly because there will not be a round 2 for me. My TT incision seems to be healing up nicely. My problem is in all the areas that I had lipo done. It hurts soooo bad. Burning, stinging, pin n needles, swelling! OMG THE SWELLING!! It's different from day to day and always less pain in the mornings. I tried wearing a bra twice in 5 weeks and both times I had very painful swelling in my bra roll areas. Fluid accumulated where my bra strap goes under my arms. I massaged each side for about 15 minutes to make them feel better. I do give myself daily massages, sometimes 2or3 times a day. Especially when the pain gets unbearable. Massaging helps!! Dr. Jimerson's office has called me several times to check on me since my surgery and I believe I'm scheduled for a 6wk post-op call next week. I've had no problems with him or his staff thus far. I am so pleased with my small waist! I have a shape the I've NEVER had. I just wasn't made that way... I wasn't born with hips or booty either! I'm 5'11 weighing 177lbs. I had more fat on my torso than I was happy with. Even at my lowest weight of 155-160 I was still "fatty." I used to say I'm a fat skinny girl, LOL! Anyway, as some of the swelling has subsided, so has my new booty. I'm not upset tho bcz it was to be expected. I had realistic expectations going into this process and have not waivered from them. Having a big booty would not look natural on me as I have no thighs to match it. Although I hope that I don't lose anymore, I've said many times, it is what it is! I know a lot of women won't be happy with what you see here but keep in mind that these are MY results and they are in line with my expectations. Pls also keep in mind that I am not healed yet. I'm still swollen and final results could take months to see. I wish you luck on your journey.

You look great! I couldn't imagine having a tummy tuck with a BBL. I had a tummy tuck two years ago and it was pure hell. I'm scheduled for my BBL in January. Happy healing!!!
You look great! I am trying to lose weight, it seems to be a battle and very slow. I am getting breast implant revision in 2 days and will consider getting a tummy tuck to fix a c-section scar and floppy belly. I was also thinking about lipo the same that you did, but will think twice now, since you mention it is quite painful. Thanks for sharing your post! You look amazing! I hope you pain goes away soon so you can enjoy your new body!
Thanks doll. Keep me posted!
If you don’t mind me asking how much did you pay for this procedure?

The worst pain EVER!! I do not recommend having TT and BBL done at the same time. The recovery is pure hell!! I've had my husband with me every step of the way and I mean EVERY STEP! Don't try to do this on your own. I've been taking pain meds every 4 hours which seems to help. I don't take the muscle relaxers because I don't like the way it makes me feel. I've been getting lymph massages every day starting the day after surgery. This I recommend! It hurts like you wouldn't believe but afterwards you will feel a lot better. Today I went for my massage and felt a little more tired than normal. I was saying that I had no energy so the nurse immediately checked my blood and found that my hemoglobin was low. At the same time my BP was low as well so I got my massage then I had to stay and get 2 bags of IV while they monitored my BP. I was able to leave after that. Ladies, you MUST eat and drink, drink, drink!! I have not had much of an appetite so I was just forcing myself to eat little bits of food. Please eat. It's so important that you do. And even though I was drinking a lot of water and Gatorade, it wasn't enough. Take my advice and save yourself the misery. Eat small meals (meals, not snacks) and drink a lot more than you would normally drink.
