Panic attack after tape removal
5 weeks post opp I was cleared to remove tape of my breast and to begin using the emu oil and hydroquinone cream 2x a day. As I removed the tape off of my right breast I was totally satisfied with the way that breast was healing. My left breast was another issue. I have keloid skin, which means my scars heal inside out sometimes "bubble" up. When I took the tape off I was terrified because I thought my left breast would permanently have a keloid on it. I immediately emailed Dr.Chang a picture and she instructed me to re-tape my left breast when I go to sleep and during the day apply Emu oil for an additional week. I followed her instructions but I actually just kept it taped for the entire week. I was still scared of what the end results would be like buttttt of course Dr.Chang knows best !!! So here are my before and after pictures.

Congratulations!!! Your boobs look amazing!! Im 2 weeks post op and still have the tape on mine. I was wondering which emu oil and hydroquinone cream you're using?? I keloid as well and am worried about keloiding. I'm looking for a good cream or oil to get. Thanks for your advice!!

Keeping the tape on longer helped a lot, so if when you go for a check up or change your tape yourself and notice your scar hasn't "closed" re-tape ! Keeping the tape on is only going to heal it better. I got both the Emu Oil and cream from my doctor. I purchased it the oil in her office and the cream she had to write a prescription for it.

New Boobs Who's This !!
So today was officially my first day out the house with my new boobs and no bra (just for an hour) and it felt absolutely amazing !!!
Everyday I look at my breast I am so happy with my decision to move forward with procedure by an amazing DOCTOR!!

You look fantastic! They turned out so perfect! How are the scars now? How long would you say until you felt comfortable moving around? I know pain medication and taking it slow are necessary, but trying to get a few for how long before being able to get back to work (desk job).
Thank you hunni. My scaring is healing her well. I have keloid skin so it will take a little longer to completely disappear but I'm applying the emu oil to help. By day 4 I felt comfortable walking around the house and sitting up watching TV opposed to strictly laying in bed.
You look great! Did you have implants put in as well?
No. I had just a breast reduction, but the technique the doctor uses is phenomenal where she slightly gives you a lift. She's excellent!
