Doing great, still tender especially when I'm cold.......It felt good to run, suggestions on Sports Bra Brands????? In Love and would do it again.

The tender feeling will pass, it was the most annoying and uncomfortable part for me. It felt like needles were prickling my nipples. It last 2.5 weeks. As far as sports bras goes, I got a few code ones Victoria secrets and nike.
What size did you end up as?

I just turned one month on 1.23 post op. I got measured yesterday at Nordstroms, I am a 34F.

I can't wait to be measured, my one month will be Feb 8th, I was over the muscle so It's not been bad, but this cold weather is killing me, every time I get cold my nipples hurt!!!nUGH

Well it's been 3 weeks and I am still tender but doing well, I think Hubby really loves them!!! LOL....Just booked a nice get away for Valentines! My nipples are very sore, scar are looking good, massaging twice a day. I would do this all over again, very worth it! Happy Healing Ladies.....
