No, I'm NOT wealthy enough to have my own private doctor, but that's how I felt from the very first contact with Dr. Christopoulos. I knew immediately he was the surgeon for me.
Test results, examination schedule, prescription list, vitamin supplements, exercise regimen, aspirin, blood thinners, prior surgeries: he wanted to know it all even before we made the appointment: Email, SKYPE consultation, photos, and more photos from my hair stylist's point-of-view.
You know the word 'fastidious' meaning "showing or acting with careful attention to detail?"
Yep, that's Dr. Christopoulos, that's the kind of doctor I want, and that's the kind YOU WANT!
His office is comfy but elegant. Which describes the good doctor, too. Easy to talk to, takes plenty of time with you and a sense of humor that is disarmingly reassuring. I slept well after the initial in-person consultation. And, yes, he checked again to see if I'd followed his instructions to discontinue minoxidil 3 weeks before, take no aspirin, no blood thinners of any kind, etc.
The next day I sailed through the procedure, even having laughs with his team. He's got to be a pleasure to work with for them, too.
I left Athens two days later - though one day would have been sufficient - for the magnificent Greek Islands, with a smile of self-satisfaction and Dr. Christopoulos' private phone number in my pocket. Even over the Christmas/New Year holiday's he was watching over me.
Back in Athens after a week on Mykonos and two on Crete, he made a long day for himself by chatting after the office closed and taking out the stitches to accommodate my return flight.
In conclusion, allow me one more example of his emphasis on my total satisfaction: I preferred FUT rather than FUE and he agreed. I needed to add hair but the area was not that large. No salesmanship here, totally professional, totally caring, totally approachable. And, not surprisingly, a totally satisfying experience.
It's only been two months, so I'll post the 'before' and 'after' photos when all is grown in.

We thank Mr. Lawrence for his kind words.
We truly appreciate it.
We don’t understand which exact point of the review troubles user “Unlucky Always”. A review from a real person, with great results, should be appreciated by anyone who has a similar problem and wants to walk the same path to resolve it.

Welcome to the community and thanks so much for offering your opinion of your doctor.
It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.
Our community members especially love seeing photos from before, during, and after — a realistic look at what they can expect. Photos grab the attention of the community and encourage more support for you.
As a community manager, I get requests all the time from other members who want me to to keep encouraging people to share their experiences, which are so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.
