Just an update on my situation.
It's been about a month or so now and it's ok but not great. I want great.
Found another place to go that will do all of it at one time and it's closer to home.
Just need to call and make apt. But that's it's for now.

One week Update!
Hi, it's been one week since second injections. I must admit,
The second time around made a big difference. At one week out, everything looks pretty darn good!
Now moving on to the mouth,lip area ! ????????????????

I have wanted to have Botox done for about 10yrs...
I have wanted to have Botox done for about 10yrs now. I finally got the nerve and did it. Was very excited the day of. when I made my appointment, I explained in detail all that I felt I needed taken care of. Eyes,forehead,Galbella,and mouth area ( marionette lines + lip) . I also explained I had a budget and needed to stay with in that budget. The receptionist put me on hold to talk to doctor about my needs and budget. When she returned,I was told no problem. My whole face could be done and stay within my plan. Awesome! Let's book it!!!!! However when I arrived,after waiting almost an hour,I am instantly disappointed and dissatisfied and start to cry. The very thing I wanted most,I was told they can not do at that office and that was way more money. (Marionette lines,lip) so after calming down, I went ahead with the Botox. Very easy,not much pain at all.made a follow up for two weeks later on the 20th.oh and by the way,they forgot to inform me there was also a 126.00 dollar office visit.total price for first visit 626.00. Now,I was told after about 3 days I would start to notice a difference,small at first and then more and more.then at 2weeks I will have full effect.
Ya ok,I'm watching days 3,4,5,6,7,8,9, go by with not a lot of difference. There's some,but not what like Botox should be doing. Feeling very very very disappointed and lied to. A week after my initial apt,I call the office again. I ask very specifically, if the treatment didn't take or dosen't do as much as it's supposed to because she put a smaller dose in, do I have to pay again for her fix it? I was told NO, OF COURSE NOT.if you didn't have enough the first time or are dissatisfied with the results and need more, you don't pay for that. Ok great. I then went on to explain the problem I had the first time around. She said she was sending an email to the office manager of everything I was saying. And she would be in touch. Now,as it gets closer to the 20th,I'm seeing more of a difference. But there's still places both on forehead and eyes that need more,C'on I'm 48, take off that 20yrs will ya. I paid for it!
The day comes, I'm nervous as hell. Nobody called me. Wonder if she got in trouble about the first visit.? NO NO NO she didn't, in fact she knew nothing about it. Or anything else for that matter. Because the procedure was not FREE and the best she could do was 25% off. What was I to do. I took it. Mad as hell I was. And I think she knew,even though I was holding my composure like a BOSS! So by this time, I'm feeling like a bait and switch dumb ass. Not only once did I take the bait, but twice.
I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. On the fact that they rip you off, tell you one thing on the phone and then when you get there, its a TOTALY different story. And the CPA, needs to take some more classes on Botox, she's not up to date on all the things Botox can do. And I still need to have my marionette mouth and lip done.
