My Personal Rhinoplasty Story
WORTH IT$4,000
to be honest i proceeded several operations at once including lipo and jaw reduction but i guess nose was the most important for me. starting from middle school almost all made fun of my nose. i was short and pretty chubby with very low nose bridge and a bit upturned tip and in terms of my relatively huge face my nose looked very small. my whole life i’ve been very self-conscious of my body and my face.
i’d always hated myself and one day when i was too tired of looking at previous me in the mirror I decided to start taking steps to finally change my life. it was quite a journey for me filled with pain, fear and uncertainty but eventually it built a new me strong and confident.
i consulted with banobagi who came highly recommended by some of my friends whom i found on different forums. i felt comfortable enough to travel to south korea for my dream.
frankly speaking i wasn’t nervous before the surgery at all. i think i hated my nose for too long to be scared of a surgery that could finally change my life to the better.
it was very ordinary augmentation rhinoplasty and since i proceeded some other procedures at the same time it was performed under general anesthesia. waking up was somewhat unpleasant. i felt very sick and had terrible headache. my nose was fully covered so i had to breath with my mouth which made my throat very dry. the first few days were the worst and the most painful was removing cotton tampons the next morning. 5 days later outer stitches from columella were removed as well as cast and i could finally see my nose. it was beautiful, very swollen but still beautiful! I also got few inner stitches which were removed another week later. about 3 weeks from my surgery including lipo and jaw reduction i returned home.
as time passed by i felt better and better. some of my friends were shocked how dramatically i changed. i don’t mind telling my story and sharing my experience as i do believe it can inspire and give hope to someone like me in the past.

I'm glad you are content with the surgical outcome. I hope you love yourself and you did this surgery for yourself and not others.
Thanks for your review. Did you have much swelling?
What part of your face did you get lipoed?
