Now I’m more than 1 year post op, my result is very bad

In the beginning, I’ve had a very good experience with the staff. They gave me Dr. Emrah to take good care of my concerns. But he only came to see me for 5 mins and checked my nose and how will the outcome be. I was very nervous because I felt like he didn’t really understand what I was telling him. Now I’m more than 1 year post op, my result is very bad, my alar is still very wide ( that was my first concern and he didn’t even touch it ). My nose bridge is not in the middle, it looks slant. The post op team told me I should look at it because it is not obvious. Then why every single person, even those I don’t know well, are telling me that my nose is not straight. Now they seem to ignore me. They don’t want to accept the mistake done and they don’t communicate properly. My nose is still healing and I do not even know when I can save enough money again to have a revision. Im already scared of what I experienced.
