Update

Hello guys, its been a while! I haven’t been on Realself lately. Then i saw a few people wondering about how my nose looks like right now. So here i am.
I had my nose job about 8 months ago. My nose has been dropped down so much! My scars in the middle is slowly fading away, thankgod because i thought they last forever! The scars on left and right alar is almost vanishing away. So i am happy how my nose is turning. On thing that i am not happy about is that my nose still feels hard. Especially the tip of my nose. But that takes time up to 1-2years that it will be softer. At the previous update I deleted my photo. In this update i will put a photo that was taken 2months after my surgery. And later i will put a photo on how my nose looks right now. And if anyone has questions feel free to ask!

Before and after

After picture was taken at 17-06-2019.
I am still very happy how my nose is turning. Tip has finally dropped down.
Scars are still there, but are slowly fading away.

The day of surgery

(16th of May) this is gonna be a really long story because i described everything in details of my own experience.
I woke up around 5.30o’clock and did my usual things in the morning. After that we took the taxi around 5.40 it took about 5minutes to get to the hospital. The front desk lady told us we could go in to the room at the right, near the starbucks counter. We went there, there were more people there also waiting so we also waited there. We try to connect to the wifi but it was not working so we went to the front desk again to ask how the wifi works. Then she called a person who could speak english. We went back to the waiting room, after a while the person who could speak english came. That was pretty helpfull because the man who takes the cash(you need to pay for the surgery and they will also make a copy of your passport), he could not speak english. After the payment the guy who could speak english took us to the room. Around 7.30o’clock a woman came who will give me the anesthesia needle, and also will take some blood. It did not matter which arm i gave. I gave her my left arm. After that i fellt so dizzy, after laying down i felt so much better. After that nurses came and gave me papers for me to sign. I also asked for a copy of that. Then around i guess 8/8.30o’clock the nurses came and gave me the operation clothes. I needed to change my clothes very quickly(thats why i advice you to put the most easy and comfy clothes on). Then i had to lay on the bed and they drove me to the operation room. It was a very cold room, i saw nureses, assistenst and also dr umit. I said to dr umit that he needed to look which nose he think will suits me the best he said ok i will. Then they gave me a shot of anesthesia and i was gone.
Then i heard nurses screaming my name, i woke up and felt a sleep again. Then again i heard someone screming my name, i tried to open my eyes and was thinking ‘they did not operate me? they do the surgery right now?’ But dr umit was already done my surgery. The nurses then drove me back to the room. Nobody was there (my friend was in a another room) i had it sooo cold! The operation clothes was so thin and i had nothing under it. Then finally after i guess 15minutes a nurse came asking how i felt and also my friend came in the room. I told the nurse i had it sooo cold, she turned the warm thing on. After a while another nurses came to help me to put my own clothes on. I also needed to go to the toilet, but the nurse said they will give me bin because i could not walk properly. But i could not pee in the bin. So i really wanted to go to the toilet. Then the nurse and my friend helped me to the toilet. I felt pretty good and could walk properly just a little bit dizzy. After that i tried to sleep. I felt a little pain in my rib. Then i guess around 5/6 o clock the assistent from the docter came and removed the tampon. It was not painfull but it felt a little bit weird. I took her 10 seconds to remove the tampon. After that she gave me a bag with medicine. Around 7/8 o clock the docter came he told me the surgery went very well and asked how i felt and if i needed anything. If there was something i could whatsapp him. The nurses also gave me some ice for the swelling ( i did not had many swelling just a little bit yellow under the ice )
