Asian DCF Rhinoplasty; Very Talented Doctor

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Kwon, and just to give details, I'm Korean, with thick skin and had a very flat nose (?? as they call it). Choosing the right doctor was so important but I wanted to feel comfortable with the doctor's team as well.

I was deciding between a surgeon in Korea because it's 'less expensive' but I also didn't want to forgo the accessibility and convenience I can have with follow up appointments if I were to choose a doctor near me (SoCal). Gosh glad I chose Dr Kwon because the post op recovery was so stressful for me...my thick-skinned nose was soo swollen and I could not believe what I was seeing in the mirror. I guess I was also envisioning the 'perfect' nose that wouldn't have been feasible nor suitable for my face. Lilit was there to comfort and reassure me. Even during the weekend, she never failed to check up on how I was doing. Dr Kwon was also available - he was very patient with the questions I had for him. It's been 10 months and I am very happy with the results.

Lilit and Dr Kwon are the most personable people I've ever met, they never pressured me into any procedure. Lilit is an amazing moral support and is very thorough with the logistics (pre-op/post-op care). Dr Kwon truly does his best to cater to your needs/wants but also provides his expertise with his extensive experience on asian/non asian noses. I visited 10 other rhinoplasty surgeons and I chose Dr Kwon because of his 'natural-look' approach, the longevity of the new nose (dcf), and his work ethic.
