Missed the one month pictures
I missed putting these two pictures on last post. I wanted to add them. We also recommend visiting the Biltmore Estate while in Asheville! We arrived in town just when the Christmas decorations had been completed. Very beautiful!
One month...
At one month out, I am very happy. Each day I see a difference. Dr. Harley said I would. Which, I had failed to mention, he gives you his direct cell phone number. You can send a message anytime and get a response! I took advantage of this. Only to share my proress! Being as I had my sutures removed by my medical Dr. back home here, I felt he would enjoy seeing the results of his work.
I feel by following all the recommendations for pre and post procedure given, the outcome will amaze you!

I wanted to share more pictures. The originals taken by Dr. Harley the morning of the procedure, followed by me changing my Facebook profile picture and the comment I got!
I followed ALL the pre and post procedure recommendations. Eating a healthy diet including blueberries and pineapple. I stopped any medications or vitamins that would increase bleeding. I starting taking Arnica and continued it after. I apply the Mepitac Tape to my suture lines, except when I have a evening out. This silicone tape will reduce scaring and is recommended by Dr. Harley for many weeks following. I purchased an ice wrap, two actually. That way I had one always cold. Once the compression dressing was removed the next morning I began icing as recommended. That made the drive back to Michigan much more comfortable. Although I didn't have that much discomfort and took minimal pain medication. I was able to take a couple of turns driving to give my husband a rest.
The first week I slept in a recliner with my horseshoe travel pillow and found this the most comfortable.
As a result of preparing for the procedure I have lost 20 pounds. That has made me very happy and more comfortable. Many of my acquaintances just think I look yonnger because of that. The change in my appearance is very natural. Many would not know I had the Biltmore Lift done. I am happy the procedure made me look refreshed and not "changed".
I have no problem sharing this with friends and family. I think having been able to find and have confidence with a surgeon is very valuable! I have many askng for contact information. If you are considering making this life altering decision, don't delay. Dr. Harley has a busy practice and booking months out. I can say when I arrived for my appointment I felt like I was the only person Dr. Harley and his staff were caring for. Very comfortable and assuring feel. I think he keeps the appointments well spaced and that it's why the booking isn't immediate.
