I'm very happy with results. My husband went with me to Asheville and since he's a surgeon, he will be removing my sutures. I flew home 2 days after my surgery. Of course Dr. Harley doesn't recommend flying for 7 days but he made an exception since my husband and I are both medical professionals. I suggest that anyone undergoing surgical procedures be realistic about the outcome. Dr. Harley is a very skilled surgeon, but he is not a magician. I would recommend Dr. Harley 100%. Again thank you so much to all the ladies who helped me make a decision with their truthful posts. :)

I'm so grateful to all the ladies who posted their reviews regarding Dr. David Harley who is located in Asheville, NC. I previously had some neck work done by a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon and I was very unhappy with the results. I was left with a crepey , ropey and saggy neck which was worse than what I started with. After reviewing dozens of posts regarding Dr. Harley's great surgical technique I opted to have him fix my neck. My only concern was that it would be done under local anesthetic. Well, everything I read about him was true! I had some oral valium and never felt any needle stick when local anesthetic was injected! Before I knew it, the procedure was over and I had none of that awful post intravenous anesthetic sedation feeling. Dr. Harley did a wonderful job, and yes, it's true, no bruising! And yes, he is an extremely talented surgeon. I went out to dinner on my third day since I had no bruising, just a little swelling.
