My surgery has been scheduled since early summer....

My surgery has been scheduled since early summer. I am very nervous but extremely excited. It's just 25 days away. I'm having a TT, BL, BA and lipo on my hips. I'm starting to wish now I'd thought about having my inner thighs lipo'd also. My husband works in ND so he'll be getting home about a week before my surgery. He'll be home for several months so I'll be taken care of. My biggest concern is that I'm going to try and rush my healing because I'm used to doing everything myself. It's going to be hard to hand the reigns over to my husband. I'm pretty sure I have everything I'm going to need for when I come home. My follow up is on the 21st. These last few weeks are going to drag.

Thanks for sharing your journey with us. If you haven't already, I do suggest taking some "before" photos. Even if you don't share them here, I think you'll be happy to have them afterwards. There's a lot of information on supplies and what to expect post-op in our community forum, including this post: Top 10 Tips for Before and After Your Mommy Makeover.

Handing over the reins to my husband has been my biggest trepidation too. Excited for you. Jealous that you can do something about your thighs if you want. Mine would definitely need a lift! Lol

Scheduled a 're-consult for tomorrow

Hi ladies! I've learned so much from everyone on RealSelf. When I had my consult several months ago, I was very nervous and I've realized there are a ton of questions I still have. So I called today and they can get me in with my PS tomorrow for a 're consult. Anyone have any suggestions as to things I need to go over? My pre-op appointment is in 2 weeks and my surgery is on November 2nd. Thanks :)
