Last update I think
Unless I see anymore major improvements.
Bruising is gone. I do have some discoloration that’s lingering mostly on my inner knees and back of knees.
I still have some sensitivity when clothes rub against my skin. And I can’t kneel yet.
I am very pleased with my results. And would 100% go through it again
I just need to work on my thighs now!!

The difference amazes me.
