Misleading information and advertisements is abundant when learning about hair treatments on the internet. Especially when it comes to hair transplants. I had done a fair amount of research before going to see Dr. Lee for a consultation. Mostly reading patient reviews and looking at galleries from different practices.
Before I went in for my consultation, they sent me documents outline each procedure they offered and the advantage and disadvantages of each. When I arrived Dr. Lee and I went over what causes baldness, the options I had for treatment, and exactly how the procedure would work.
After deciding on the ARTAS Robotic Hair Transplant, I reviewed the costs and options for different amounts of grafts and the costs associated with each. They also suggested ways for me to finance some of the payment to ease the load on my bank account.
Throughout this whole process Dr. Lee and the team at Anderson Center for Hair were extremely transparent, thoughtful, and comforting.
Dr. Lee really cared about making sure that I got the best possible results, and at the same time he was always making sure that we were going in the direction that I felt most comfortable with.
I would also like to say that the technicians at Anderson Center were delightful and eased any anxiety I was feeling going into the operation. They also ordered me food so I could eat once I was done.
