Arm Liposuction & Sculpture

I've always struggled with loosing stubborn arm fat. My girlfriend was the one who peaked my interest and made me consider it. Arm lipo is for the most part done under local anesthesia and the doctor provides you with medication to take to help you relax for the procedure. Prior to surgery I was about 14 inches wrapped around my arm. I actually had the surgery done today and only have before pics that I will post. More and more doctors choose to put you under local anesthesia because they like to have you move your arm around in order to appropriately sculpt the arm and remove the fat. I was very clammy and I did almost pass out due to all the heavy medication that my body was just not used to, what really helped me was really breathing through the procedure and my doctor and his staff have absolute incredible bedside manner which helped me get through the pain. Many women claim that it is not unpleasant, but for me it was definitely not a great feeling. I Salt the tube in my arms sucking out the fat. Thankfully my doctor is board-certified and it's very precise and quick with his method and completed my surgery under 45 minutes which was absolutely incredible. In total he managed to remove 200 cc.
