Arm Liposuction
I had arm liposuction with Dr. Gruber at the end of February 2025. I flew in from Michigan and had a truly wonderful experience. After losing nearly 100 pounds, my arms remained the same despite all my efforts. I work out consistently five days a week and have tried every arm exercise imaginable—pushups, weightlifting, and more—but nothing made a difference.
I’m so glad I chose to move forward with the procedure and honestly wish I had done it sooner. The entire staff was incredible from start to finish. They made scheduling easy and even provided helpful recommendations for my stay. When we arrived, everything went exactly as planned.
I had read a lot of reviews beforehand, so I was prepared for the numbing process to be the most uncomfortable part—which it was—but it was manageable. The team was great at keeping me distracted with conversation and tapping techniques.
The fact that it’s an all-women practice was just the cherry on top. It made the whole experience feel more welcoming and supportive, especially during such a vulnerable time. Being awake during the procedure initially made me nervous, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I had considered adding skin tightening or a lift, but once I saw my results halfway through, I realized it wasn’t necessary. The outcome was so natural and flattering.
Dr. Gruber’s work is exceptional, and her bedside manner is equally impressive. I felt cared for every step of the way. She even texted me the night of my procedure to check in and make sure I was doing well. And a special shoutout to Amy for including extra Cheetos in my surgery bag—that was my snack of choice during the break between arms, and it truly made my day. It’s the little things that count!
My husband and I will absolutely return to this practice for any future procedures—him included. You honestly can’t go wrong with Dr. Gruber and her team. I’m beyond excited to wear sleeveless and strapless dresses this summer!
