I was in pain, bruised and swollen - now I'm hiding again

It is very sad for me to have to do this, but I cannot believe how Dr. Biswas left my arms and legs. My elbows look like they have an extra limb growing on both arms.
My inner thighs have a bulging pocket of fat and skin on the side of my knees that cannot be hidden under my clothing; it is embarrassing. Having lost 100 pounds and having been approved for my weight loss skin removal, I was so excited to finally be rid of shame.
After I had surgery, I was in pain, bruised and swollen. Now I'm hiding again, and I'm tired of it. This isn't fair, but I hope to prevent another person from experiencing what I have.
