Huge scar down the back of my arm

I had my arm lift at a time when my husband was out of town. I was having another procedure and have always been self conscious about my arms. Dr. Burns said trust me so I did but i dislike what he did. I have a huge scar down the back of my arm and haven’t felt confident enough to show my arms since he did this. I use to live in tank tops as I teach classes at the gym. The only time I was self conscious is when I was in front of classes with my arms out to the side now I am more self conscious than before.
