Excellent . Very impressed with my consultation felt very comfortable alongside Victoria my patient experience co ordinator. I was able to explain why I need my procedure , all explained and continued to inform me of the possibilities that my requested procedure could produce.
At all times I was treated with respect and felt reassured by such professional standards, I felt safe at all times.
